Please Note: 1) If you registered online for tryouts, you have a $60 credit coming because the State Wars officials did not come to tryouts and/or 2) If you are playing for more than one team, you will need to pay an additional $100 to cover pants, etc.
Please follow the instructions for paying your child's entrance fee based on your situation...
- If your child is playing on ONE teams:
- If your child DID register for tryouts:
- Pay by making out a $220 check ($280 for playing on a team - $60 for the tryout fee) to "State Wars Hockey", add a small note explaining which team your child will be playing on, and mail the check and the note to the address below.
- If your child DID NOT register for tryouts:
- Go online to the Nebraska Page and select Register Now!!! Once on the registration page, you will need to fill in your child's name, check the box next to Nebraska, and click the "Next" button. On the next screen, you will need to fill out your child's information (again if you previously registered for tryouts), select "I agree", digitally sign the disclosure statement at the bottom by adding your initials, and click "Next". On the next screen you will be asked to provide credit card information to pay. This way you will have to pay $280.
- If your child is playing on TWO teams:
- If your child DID register for tryouts:
- Go online to the Nebraska Page and select Register Now!!! Once on the registration page, you will need to fill in your child's name, check the box next to Nebraska, and click the "Next" button. On the next screen, you will need to fill out your child's information (again if you previously registered for tryouts), select "I agree", digitally sign the disclosure statement at the bottom by adding your initials, and click "Next". On the next screen you will be asked to provide credit card information to pay. This way you will have to pay $280.
- There is an additional fee for playing on a second team, so mail a $40 check ($100 for playing on the extra team - $60 for the tryout fee) made out to "Sate Wars Hockey" to the following address with a printed copy of the $60 confirmation email for tryouts and a small note explaining the $40 check is for the remaining balance for playing on a second team for Nebraska.
- If your child DID NOT register for tryouts:
- Go online to the Nebraska Page and select Register Now!!! Once on the registration page, you will need to fill in your child's name, check the box next to Nebraska, and click the "Next" button. On the next screen, you will need to fill out your child's information (again if you previously registered for tryouts), select "I agree", digitally sign the disclosure statement at the bottom by adding your initials, and click "Next". On the next screen you will be asked to provide credit card information to pay. This way you will have to pay $280.
- There is an additional fee for playing on a second team, so mail a $100 check made out to "Sate Wars Hockey" to the following address with a small note explaining the check is for playing on a second team for Nebraska.
